Fort Jackson Education Center - Counseling

Counseling is provided to service members, adult family members, civilian personnel and retirees. Educational counseling is available to assist eligible students in defining their goals and selecting degree plans which are compatible with their career aspirations.

All customers may request to schedule a counseling appointment or send a question to a counselor online in the counseling menu at the top of the page, or they may opt to be served at the Army Education Center closest to where they are stationed.

Counseling is available on appointment, walk-in, phone and on a virtual basis during regular duty hours - Monday - Friday.
